I designed and developed a custom dog-shaped bottle for canine ear medication, combining functional requirements with a distinctive and ergonomic form. The geometry was created using advanced surface modeling tools in SolidWorks to achieve smooth transitions, aesthetic consistency, and manufacturable wall thickness.
I managed the development process from CAD surface design to prototype fabrication using 3D printing and thermoforming. The physical prototypes were tested to evaluate ergonomics, squeeze performance, dispensing control, and overall usability. Iterations were implemented to refine geometry and ensure compatibility with manufacturing constraints.
