I designed and developed a set of concert earplugs focused on achieving accurate frequency attenuation while maintaining sound clarity. The project involved detailed 3D CAD modeling of the housing and acoustic channels, ensuring precise geometry to control airflow and sound filtering performance.
I led the full development process, including CAD design, DFM optimization for small-scale manufacturing, material selection, and iterative prototyping. Acoustic testing and fit validation were conducted to fine-tune the internal filter configuration and achieve a balanced frequency response suitable for live music environments.
